Choose the ratio folder that matches your frame’s image area. For example, an 8 × 10-inch frame uses the 4:5 ratio, while a 12 × 18-inch frame uses 2:3.

Printable art listings include high-resolution 300 DPI JPG files organized by ratio. Each ratio folder contains a file for printing the sizes listed for that artwork. Available sizes vary—check your listing first.

Common sizes are shown below. Measurements are in inches, except for the ISO A series.

Yes—printable wall art can be printed at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

Use the correct ratio file, high-quality paper, and actual size or 100% scale in your printer settings. Check the print preview and your printer’s paper-size and border settings before printing.

Matte or fine art paper around 200–300 gsm is a good choice. Archival or acid-free paper is also a lovely option for a premium, long-lasting print.

Check that your printer can handle the paper weight you choose. A local print shop can help with paper and finish options.

Files are ready to use in the sizes provided. You can resize within the original aspect ratio; a different ratio may require cropping.

If your frame needs another size, message us through Etsy. Free custom resizing is available when possible. Please ask about any other customization before purchasing.

They are different product formats. Printable wall art files are intended for printing and framing. Frame TV art files are intended for display on a compatible TV.

Choose the listing for your intended use. Check its file dimensions and TV requirements, and follow your device’s instructions to display the image. Don’t assume a Frame TV listing includes print-ready ratio folders unless the listing says so.

Of course. Message us through Etsy before or after purchasing. Tell us your frame size or whether you plan to use a Frame TV, and we’ll help you choose the right file or size.

Please contact us through Etsy Messages. Include your order details and describe what happens when you try to download or open the file.

We’ll respond as quickly as possible and help you access your files. There’s no need to purchase the artwork again just because a download isn’t working.

Under our shop policy, digital download purchases are final and we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check the listing details before purchasing. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law or Etsy’s policies.
